Cancellation Policy
Disclaimer, 1. Government approved Identification is mandatory 2. Reschedule of appointment can be requested by email 24 hrs before the time of appointment. 3. Booking payments done are non-refundable. 4. Insurance coverage not accepted currently. 5. If more than one year has passed since the client's last consultation with us (unless otherwise advised by the doctor) the client will be considered a new registration, and the applicable registration fee will be charged. 6. International clients cannot be provided with prescription due to limitation of jurisdictions, i.e. Medicine will not be dispensed in your respective country on the basis of a prescription sanctioned in another country.
